On 19 May, a new investment name - ORCHESTRATE FUNDS - was officially introduced to investors at the exclusive LAUNCH LUNCH event in Vilnius. The new stage of activity was presented to the market by investor Viktorija Orkinė. Together with partners Newport by Panattoni and EfTEN Capital, the event presented news and opportunities for investing in real estate funds in Europe and the Baltic States.
The event took place in an exclusive venue - the new restaurant Deep Roots by Michelin-starred chef Andrius Kubilius. The unique business lunch was attended by invited guests, who for the first time were treated to lunch in this restaurant instead of the usual dinner format. Investor Viktorija Orkinė interviewed Chef Andrius Kubilius during the event and shared the similarities between the different activities - professionalism and time to start a personal business, careful choice of partners and suppliers.

„Orchestarte Funds was born out of a personal need to find suitable investments for my portfolio. The selection requires time for analysis, communication with the issuer of the financial instrument, as well as domain expertise and specific knowledge. Today, this expertise is becoming a service for investors who manage their capital independently and value our expertise in real estate. The main principles of Orchestrate Funds are to show investors only those opportunities that have been professionally selected and in which we personally invest“, - Viktorija Orkinė introduced the new investment name.
In addition to investing in real estate funds and selecting investment opportunities, Orkest partners, which manages Orchestrate Funds, also provides the market with real estate financing and structuring advisory services, capital raising for investment projects, and the structuring of club transactions in Lithuania and abroad.
Tonu Uustalu, Director of EfTEN Capital Lietuva, the largest real estate fund in the Baltics with a capital of about 390 million euros, presented the opportunities for investors. Krzysztof Dudek, Managing Director of Newport, also presented Newport Logistics Fund III by Panattoni, which will be developed by Panattoni, the largest logistics property developer in Europe. The Bank of Lithuania has approved Viktorija Orkina as the manager of the Newport Logistics Fund III Feeder Fund. The aim is to attract investments of over EUR 20 million by the end of July, with a total capital of EUR 300 million.

After the partner presentations, Viktorija Orkinė shared her personal insights and reasons why she chooses these funds for her investment portfolio, emphasising that this is not a recommendation to do the same for other investors. More than 70 investors attending the event were invited to individual meetings to discuss investment opportunities.
