20+ years of experience in real estate investment management - Alfred has held senior positions managing significant portfolios across multiple asset classes. As an investment manager at Zabolis Partners, he was responsible for the management of a retail and logistics portfolio in Lithuania worth more than EUR 300 million. Later, as CFO and CIO at SBA Urban, he oversaw the financial management of an office and mixed-use portfolio of more than EUR 150 million in the Baltics.

Viktorija spent 8 years as Managing Director and Member of the Board at Eika Asset Management, a regulated fund management company, from start-up to one of the leading companies in Lithuania with over EUR 200 million in assets under management (AUM). Her professional experience includes real estate acquisitions and development projects in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia and Germany; structuring in Lithuania, Poland or Luxembourg; advising on financing issues for projects such as the Rūdnininkai Military Campus.
Viktorija is an independent board member of a family office, the winner of the investment game „When Money is Sleeping”, a member of the association „Leader”, an active conference moderator and participant.
