Since its establishment in 1986, Panattoni has invested more than €60 billion in real estate development in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The company manages €18 billion in assets and has more than 2,500 tenants worldwide. It is currently raising investment through the Newport Logistics Feeder Fund III, with a target of €20 million.

As an investment manager at Zabolis Partners, he was responsible for the management of a retail and logistics portfolio in Lithuania worth more than EUR 300 million. Later, as CFO and CIO at SBA Urban, he oversaw the financial management of an office and mixed-use portfolio of more than EUR 150 million in the Baltics.

Her professional experience includes real estate acquisitions and development projects in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia and Germany; structuring in Lithuania, Poland or Luxembourg; advising on financing issues for projects such as the Rūdnininkai Military Campus.
Viktorija is an independent board member of a family office, the winner of the investment game „When Money is Sleeping”, a member of the association „Leader”, an active conference moderator and participant.
