The Bank of Lithuania has registered a new feeder fund, Newport Development Fund III Feeder Fund, which will allow informed investors to invest in projects of Panattoni, Europe's largest industrial, logistics and warehouse real estate developer.
The Newport Development Fund III Feeder Fund will provide investors with greater geographic diversification, as well as the opportunity to invest in one of the most stable and promising segments of the commercial real estate market, with the aim of generating long term returns. According to fund manager Viktorija Orkinė, the fund also allows investors to manage their portfolio's geopolitical risks more effectively.
The fund will invest in the development of logistics and warehousing projects in Western Europe - Austria, Germany, Poland and other countries through Newport Logistics Fund III by Panattoni. More than 10 real estate projects are expected to be developed, leased and sold over the lifetime of the fund.
Panattoni, Europe's largest industrial real estate developer with a long track record of delivering projects around the world and in Europe, will provide development services to the Fund. Over its 50-year history, the developer has developed more than 600 projects, invested more than EUR 28 billion and currently manages EUR 12 billion of capital.
UAB Aggressive Capital has been approved as the management company of the financing fund, and Viktorija Orkinė as the fund manager. The investment distribution period of the Provident Fund is scheduled to end on 31 July 2026. By the end of the placement period, the Feeder Fund is expected to have raised EUR 20 million in investments, while informed investors can invest from EUR 50,000.
