More than 10 million euros have been invested in the „Newport Fund III Feeder Fund“

More than €10 million has already been invested in the Newport Fund III Feeder Fund. This milestone is significant not only because of the capital raised – once it is reached, all investors in the fund, regardless of the amount invested, are placed in Investor Class B of the parent fund, „Newport Logistics Fund III“, which is subject to an annual management fee that is 0.25 percentage points lower.

„The €10 million milestone is an important step for our investors. Not only does it confirm confidence in the fund’s strategy, but it also provides a direct financial benefit to all investors – from now on, they will pay a lower management fee for the parent fund,“ says Viktorija Orkinė, fund manager and founder of Orchestrate Funds.

More than 50 investors have already invested in the fund, whilst the parent fund, Newport Logistics Fund III, managed by Panattoni, Europe’s largest logistics property developer, has attracted around €150 million in investment.

Newport Logistics Fund III has currently approved eight logistics projects in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Poland. Lease agreements have already been signed for more than 150,000 square metres of the space under development – this accounts for almost half of the total planned development area.

It is planned that a total of around €20 million will be invested in the parent fund via the „Newport Fund III Feeder Fund“. Fund units are being offered until 31 July 2026. Investors have until this date to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and sign investment agreements.
