The Bank of Lithuania has registered a new feeder fund \u201eNewport Fund III Feeder Fund\u201c, which will offer informed investors the opportunity to invest in projects by \u201ePanattoni\u201c, Europe\u2019s largest developer of industrial, logistics and warehousing property.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Newport Fund III Feeder Fund will offer investors greater opportunities for geographical diversification, as well as the opportunity to invest in one of the most stable and promising segments of the commercial property market, with a view to achieving long-term returns. According to the fund\u2019s manager, Viktorija Orkin\u0117, this fund enables investors to manage the geopolitical risks of their portfolios more effectively.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The fund will invest in the development of logistics and warehousing projects in Western Europe - Austria, Germany, Poland and other countries through Newport Logistics Fund III by Panattoni. More than 10 real estate projects are expected to be developed, leased and sold over the lifetime of the fund.<\/p>\n

Development services for the fund will be provided by Panattoni, Europe\u2019s largest industrial property developer, which has many years\u201e experience in delivering projects across the world and in Europe. Over the course of its 50-year history, the developer has completed more than 600 projects, invested over \u20ac28 billion and currently manages \u20ac18 billion in capital.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

UAB Aggressive Capital has been approved as the management company of the financing fund, and Viktorija Orkin\u0117 as the fund manager. The investment distribution period of the Provident Fund is scheduled to end on 31 July 2026. By the end of the placement period, the Feeder Fund is expected to have raised EUR 20 million in investments, while informed investors can invest from EUR 50,000.<\/p>\n
