This milestone is significant not only because of the capital raised \u2013 once it is reached, all investors in the fund, regardless of the amount invested, are placed in Investor Class B of the parent fund, \u201eNewport Logistics Fund III\u201c, which is subject to an annual management fee that is 0.25 percentage points lower.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u201eThe \u20ac10 million milestone is an important step for our investors. Not only does it confirm confidence in the fund\u2019s strategy, but it also provides a direct financial benefit to all investors \u2013 from now on, they will pay a lower management fee for the parent fund,\u201c says Viktorija Orkin\u0117, fund manager and founder of Orchestrate Funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">More than 50 investors have already invested in the fund, whilst the parent fund, Newport Logistics Fund III, managed by Panattoni, Europe\u2019s largest logistics property developer, has attracted around \u20ac150 million in investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Newport Logistics Fund III has currently approved eight logistics projects in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Poland. Lease agreements have already been signed for more than 150,000 square metres of the space under development \u2013 this accounts for almost half of the total planned development area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">It is planned that a total of around \u20ac20 million will be invested in the parent fund via the \u201eNewport Fund III Feeder Fund\u201c. Fund units are being offered until 31 July 2026. Investors have until this date to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and sign investment agreements.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>About the \u201eNewport Fund III Feeder Fund\u201c<br><\/strong>\u201eThe \u201cNewport Fund III Feeder Fund\u201e is a fund that provides capital to the \u201cNewport Logistics Fund III\u201d, which invests in projects by Panattoni, Europe\u2019s largest logistics property developer.
